This is wire wool.... a photoshopped version of this image [link] I removed the light to the right.

Im still learning about CS4 but I think its ok if you didn't know the light was there I mean....

I haven't done anything like this yet due to the laws in my state. :( You should try replacing some colors in CS4 to have different colors of rain!

You have to try it man, it's so satisfying to see the end result, its also great to watch someone do it.

If you look deeper into my gallery you will find some I've modified the colours on, I tend not to bother anymore but I might have another go.

I'm not going to lie I was a little scarred when I first did it but once you learn what it will do your all good, plus the adrenalin is awesome!! I have been burn't a few times though!!

Glad you like the photo, its one of my favourites.
